A booking request becomes valid only when we issue a Booking Confirmation via email or SMS.
We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion if safety, availability, or compliance concerns arise.
All fares are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Payments can be made through secure online transfer or direct payment to the driver (cash or agreed method).
Additional costs such as tolls, parking fees, or extended waiting time may be added to your final invoice.
Once a booking is confirmed, the price quoted at that time will remain fixed.
Sedans and SUVs: Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup without charge. Later cancellations will result in full charges.
Special Event Vehicles (Sprinters, Party Buses, Stretch Limousines): Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Any change to booking details is subject to availability and may result in additional costs.
For city pickups, you are given a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled pickup time. Waiting charges apply thereafter.
For airport pickups, we allow up to 45 minutes of free waiting time after flight arrival. If delays extend further, additional charges apply.
We always aim to provide the exact vehicle booked. However, if unforeseen issues arise (e.g., mechanical failure), we may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Violations may result in ride termination and fees.
Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Any damage, excessive mess, or misconduct may lead to additional cleaning or repair charges.
Amethyst Chauffeur is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight delays, or events outside our control.
We operate under strict safety protocols—our chauffeurs undergo background checks and routine drug/alcohol testing.
By booking with us, you agree to receive service-related communications via email, SMS, or phone call.

All logos, images, and text displayed on https://amethystchauffeur.ca belong to Amethyst Chauffeur. Use of our materials without permission is prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage amicable resolution. If unresolved, the matter may be taken to the appropriate courts in Ontario.
Amethyst Chauffeur may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the changes.
